Ladera del Mar is located in Nerja, to the west. It is one of Nerja's most well-known and sought-after urbanisations by the coast. It is a very well-maintained urbanisation with gardens. Most properties have a private pool, but there is also a communal pool.  

It only takes a few minutes by car or by bus to Nerja's town center.
