Living in La Zenia

La Zenia is the area for those who want to be in the middle of the action and have walking distance to everything you might need during your stay in Spain. The border between Playa Flamenca and La Zenia is often difficult to pinpoint as the areas intersect. If you want to stay really close to the beach, take a closer look at La Zenia's old sections on the beach side of the 332 national road. Here the houses are characterized by Spanish charm and detached houses are mixed with apartments and bungalows. On the other side of the road is the center with slightly newer housing and more townhouse variants. In recent years, a lot of new construction has also been added.
